Recently I have been watching a lot of movie and T.V. shows that contain a lot of LOVE. So, naturally I have been thinking about love and relationships. I'm already a hopeless romantic, so watching these things makes it a lot worse. So, I remembered a verse that a friend of mine said to me once. Ecclesiastes 3:11- He has made everything beautiful in its time! This verse has a lot of meaning to me. Every girl wants her love story, her prince, and we don't want to wait for it. I don't want to wait for my prince, I want him now. I know that its not God's timing for me to have that. So, I remember this verse and the wise person who said it to me! 7/12/11
My current favorite verse is Psalm 46:10. It says "Be still and know I am God." At camp God gave me this verse and I spoke it out in front of everyone. Since then it has been mounted on my heart. At first I thought the verse was meant for someone else. Slowly I learned it was for me as well. It has so much meaning in it, it makes me tear up a bit when I think of it and the depth of it.
